Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. OraAccessories is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

International Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
